Yes. While we cannot unblock every account, we will review your case. If you were banned by mistake, we’ll lift the restriction.
Most accounts are blocked automatically if cheating is detected. This includes using unauthorized software, modifying game files, hacking tools, or other similar violations. Our anti-cheat system is highly reliable, but occasionally it can make a mistake.
If your account was blocked and you’re certain you didn’t break any rules, you can contact us through our website: https://help.standoff2.com/.
When you submit your appeal, our system will automatically scan your account for rule violations. We continually update and refine our detection methods to ensure they accurately identify any breaches of our policies.
We consider the most serious of these to be "major violations," which apply to fewer than 10% of blocked accounts. If our system detects a major violation, you will receive an automated response that the block will remain in place.
All other appeals are reviewed personally by our support team. To help resolve your case as quickly as possible, please provide as much information and supporting evidence as you can. Depending on current ticket volume, the review process can take up to 30 days, but you will always receive a reply.
If no violations are found on your account, it will be unblocked after we review it.
Please note that we do not block accounts just because they get a lot of reports. We always need clear proof of violations. In fact, we may block users who falsely report honest players.
If several reports are made against you, our team will review them personally. Your account won’t be automatically blocked just for getting reported a certain number of times. However, multiple reports will lead to us taking a closer look at your account.
