Orders are usually delivered instantly but may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. In some cases, payment processing can take up to 5 working days.
The process is fully automatic and the developers have no control over it.
The purchase does not appear, but the money was withdrawn
If the purchase does not appear in the list or has the status "Cancelled", contact your store's technical support:
If the payment went through, but you don't see the item
Try clicking the "Restore Purchases" button in the game settings. You can use this feature multiple times.
If the purchase has not arrived within 5 working days
You can contact technical support by chatting with us. The button is located in the bottom right corner.
Select the category "Issue with purchase" and follow the instructions.
Be ready to indicate your in-game ID, as well as attach an image (screenshot) of the receipt from Google Play/App Store/AppGallery, indicating payment.
For some time, the payment will be verified and you will receive the paid product if it really has not been credited to your account.
